- The challengeNearly a thousand IMF Article IV country reports, each long and dense. Finding what the IMF had said about a specific policy theme across countries meant reading report after report.
- What we didUsed AI to classify 998 reports by theme and sub-theme, then built a structured web application where the collection can be filtered and explored.

Common questions.
What kind of workflow suits an AI Workflow Sprint?
One recurring task with a clear input and output: summarising a type of document, drafting a standard report section, extracting information into a template, or preparing first drafts of proposals from existing material. If it's done often and follows a pattern, it is usually a good candidate. We'll tell you on the first call if it isn't.
How do you handle our data?
Before any of your material is shared, we agree which data can be used, which tools it may go into, and whether sample or anonymised examples are enough to do the work. Where possible the workflow runs in tools and accounts your organisation already controls.
Which AI tools do you use?
Whatever fits the job and your organisation. A Sprint normally works with tools you already have or can adopt easily. Custom tools are built with established AI models and standard web technology, and the choice is explained during scoping.
Do we need a technical team?
No. Workflows and tools are designed for the people doing the work, such as advisers, fundraisers, researchers and managers, and the handover is written for them.
Can you work in German?
Yes. Engagements can be delivered in English or German.
